About
Women in Aviation at SJSU is both a social and professional club. We strive to encourage and empower both men and women in the field of aviation. Many scholarships are offered through the Women in Aviaiton International website, which members are allowed to apply for with the student membership fee for only $29. We know that this career path can seem overwhelming, but our club offers career path workshops and fundraises for annual conference to get more knowledge and hope for new opportunities. We also give support to one another and club bonding!

Our Vision
Women make up less than 8% of the aviation industry worldwide. As a club we want to increase that and encourage other to do the same.
Our Mission
Our goal is to offer support and better opportunities for our members as they develop their professional networking abilities and make new connections within the industry, getting one step closer to their future.
